The Delaware Riverkeeper Network participated in the Land Application of Biosolids Workgroup Stakeholder Meetings in 2025. Attached is their letter to the DEP with suggestions for changes to the permits.

Today, the draft PAG-07 - General Permit for Beneficial Use of Exceptional Quality Biosolids, PAG-08 - General Permit for Beneficial Use of Non-Exceptional Quality Biosolids, and PAG-09 - General Permit for Beneficial Use of Residential Septage, have been published. The 60-day public comment period opens on Saturday, July 4.
