PaDEP 60 Day Public Comment Period Regarding Changes to Biosolid Land Application Permits Begins July 4, 2026

Public Comment Period Begins July 4. 2026 and ends on September 2, 2026.

Please take some time to read about the proposed changes to requirements for biosolid land application. Although changes are being proposed there is much more that could be done. Now is the time to make your voices heard, this is your chance to make a difference in the use of biosolids in land application as fertilizer!
